CREATIVE STRATEGY ACROSS BRAND, SOCIAL AND CONTENT
I’m Josh Rivera, a creative strategist, photographer, and creator working across social, PR, photo/video production, and brand storytelling. I help brands turn products, launches, communities, and real experiences into stories people actually care about.
I’ve worked on brand launches, social campaigns, PR pushes, creator programs, automotive shoots, and my own creator platform, giving me a practical view of both sides: what brands are trying to say and what audiences actually care about.

PROJECT 1: 2026 Roush FRONTIER PRO-4X R LAUNCH
Creative Direction / Production / Storyboarding / Photography / PR
-
A multi-channel product launch built around a world-first collaboration between Roush Performance and Nissan. The work connected PR, social, content, creative direction, and enthusiast-focused messaging to help turn the launch into a larger brand moment.
-
I owned the creative, social, and PR execution for the launch, from pre-production through rollout. That included managing locations, talent, shoot logistics, creative direction, and negotiating additional creative scope with Nissan to expand the campaign.
I planned and executed the social promotion campaign, including teaser content and launch rollout, while also shooting all launch photography, directing the on-site production, and serving as stunt/performance driver for several key shots.
I also drafted and pitched the launch press release, securing coverage across mainstream and automotive outlets.
-
The project became more than a one-off launch deliverable. Through expanded creative scope, coordinated social promotion, launch photography, and PR outreach, the campaign gave Nissan and ROUSH a stronger story to take to market.
The truck was a major hit with media, receiving coverage from more than 40 enthusiast and lifestyle outlets with a combined audience of 721 million unique monthly viewers. The launch rollout also gave both brands a full suite of visual assets to support the announcement across social, PR, and campaign communications.
PROJECT 2: 2026 JEEP CHEROKEE 4×4 CITY CAMP
CREATOR MANAGEMENT / FAST-TURN CONTENT / EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
-
For Jeep’s 4x4 City Camp event in New York City, the goal was to create brand awareness with growth audiences and generate organic social content around a unique Jeep experience.
I helped invite, host, and coordinate a group of 16 creators and 22 total guests, focusing on two key creator segments: lifestyle creators with an existing affinity for the Jeep brand, and local NYC lifestyle creators who could bring the event into a broader cultural conversation.
The project combined influencer management, event support, content capture, and fast-turn photography designed to help creators post while the event was still relevant.
-
I helped identify, invite, coordinate, and host creators for the Jeep 4x4 City Camp experience, supporting the creator side of the event from outreach through on-site execution.
In addition to helping manage the creator experience, I brought my own camera to capture high-quality content around the event. I photographed the overall experience, captured creator moments, and conducted one-on-one shoots with attending creators.
After the event, I turned around polished photography the next day for both the creators and the Jeep team, giving creators high-end assets to post quickly and helping maximize organic content output from the event.
I planned and executed the social promotion campaign, including teaser content and launch rollout, while also shooting all launch photography, directing the on-site production, and serving as stunt/performance driver for several key shots.
I also drafted and pitched the launch press release, securing coverage across mainstream and automotive outlets.
-
The event generated significant creator-led content and organic brand awareness, including 26 pieces of creator feed-post content, 129 total story posts, and a total published-channel audience size of 9.8 million.
Across all attending creators, the event had an estimated reach of 23.2 million, with more than 100 photos delivered to creators the next day. The creator content also represented an estimated $163K in saved spend based on available creator rate cards.
The project showed how strong creator coordination, thoughtful event hosting, and fast-turn content delivery can extend a brand experience far beyond the event itself.
